About Ben Willingham

"I began learning guitar at the age of 10 and it soon became apparent to me that playing it was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I was 13 when I played my first live gig, and within a year my career path became obvious; I was going to sing and play the guitar.

Over the last 10 years, I have played countless solo gigs and loads more with numerous bands playing a mixture of covers and original music. My most recent project was Pop/Rock band, Saint Loe. We embarked on a UK tour and our single 'Faking Love' achieved BBC Radio Shropshire's 'Song of the Month', a single which I co-wrote and produced in my home studio. I have a First Class Honours Degree in Commercial Music."

About Chris Nesbitt

"I'm an acoustic and electric guitar teacher, specialising in rock, blues, pop and jazz, but love teaching and playing other genres too, such as soul and funk.

Originally from Belfast, I moved to Bath in 2016 to study Commercial Music and have since performed all over the UK as a session artist and with my band. Some of my biggest influences are John Mayer, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Mark Lettieri (Snarky Puppy). One of my favourite things about teaching is the joy of uncovering and developing a musical skill in a student!"
